Security Operations Staged in Marka

Marka (MCRS) 19 Dec. 2015 – Somali Security Forces have this morning conducted massive security operation in Marka town.

Somali Security agencies have stepped up operations as more soldiers were deployed to the most parts of the district.

There are heavy presence at security personnel at every corner and street junction in the town on searching cars and walking people.

Attempts to the administration of the town have bored fruits due to the ongoing operations.

Early last week, fighting between two clans militias has claimed lives of over ten people and displaced hundred others from their homes.
