هذا الاختلاف ليس مشكلة بحد ذاته بل قد يكون علامة صحة على حياة الامة وتنوعها في فهمها للنصوص الدينية وذلك اذا احسن استخدامه ولكنه يصير مضرا اذا أسيء استخدامه ويتحول الى مواجهات عنيفة يسبب استقطابا حادا في المجتمع ويزرع الشقاق والخلاف في صفوف الامة الى حد ان يكفر بعضهم بعضا ويخرجهم من الملة مما يؤثر في وحدة الامة ويهدد الاستقرار السياسي والاجتماعي للأمة.فالتصوف كما ذكرنا آنفا سلوك تجربة روحية ذاتية للوصول الى الخالق. والمتصوف مهتم بتزكية نفسه بتحليتها بالفضائل وتخليتها عن الرذائل فهو منشغل بجهاد نفسه عن جهاد غيره الا اذا اضطرته ظروف ملحة تخرجه عن عزلته تلك ذابا عن حياض الامة كما حدث في حقبة غزوات المستعمرين حيث دشنت الطرق الصوفية في العالم الاسلامي حركات جهادية مقاومة للمحتلين. والسلفية حركة دينية سياسية اجتماعية فلها أدبياتها وأفكارها في الاصلاح الاجتماعي ومطالبها في تطبيق الشريعة كمرجعية اعلى لشرعية النظام السياسي بغض النظر عن مدى فهمها وتصورها لهذا التطبيق.
وعلى مرّ القرون كانت الطرق الصوفية هي المسيطرة على الساحة الدينية في الصومال بمرجعيتها الأشعرية في الأصول والشافعية في الفروع ولم يكن لها منافس او منازع طوال تلك القرون حتى برزت الحركات السلفية في الستينات التي بدأت تقوى وتتطور تدريجيا حتى صارت منافسا حقيقيا للصوفية وشعرت الصوفية تهديدا حقيقيا لوجودها فنشبت بين الفريقين معارك عقدية استخدمت فيها جميع الأسلحة المتوفرة.
كانت التيارات السلفية أحسن تنظيما وأكثر تمويلا وشنوا حملات مكثفة على ما رأوه ممارسات وشركيات وبدع مخالفة للدين. لم يكتف السلفيون بنقد تلك الممارسات وانما تجاوزوها الى نسف المذاهب الدينية التقليدية حين رفعوا شعارا لكتاب والسنة على فهم السلف الصالح. وهذا عند التامل كلمة حق أربد بها باطل لان شعار الكتاب والسنة على فهم السلف يشمل جميع المذاهب العقدية والفقهية التي اتفقت الامة على اتباعها وليس خاصا في مذهب معين كما اتضح فيما بعد، إِذْ ان السلفية كانت تحمل المذهب الحنبلي تحت هذا الشعار وأوهمت كثيرا من اتباعها انهم وحدهم الذين تجاوزوا المذاهب التقليدية الى الفهم المباشر من كتاب الله وسنة رسوله.
لم تكن الصوفية تملك تنظيما قويا ولا تمويلا كبيرا مثل التيارات السلفية ولكنها كانت تتمتع بتأييد الحكومات المتعاقبة في السلطة منذ الاستقلال والتى كانت ترى الجماعات السلفية خطرا على سلطتها السياسية كما كانت تشكل خطرا على السلطات الدينية للجماعات الصوفية . هذا التحالف بين الصوفية والحكومات الصومالية كان يقدم خدمات متبادلة للطرفين بحيث كانت الصوفية توفر للحكومة إصغاء الشرعية الدينية على سلطتها والحكومات الصومالية تعترفهم كجهة رسمية وحيدة في تمثيل الدين واقصاء الجماعات المنافسة. استمر هذا الوضع حتى انهيار الدولة الصومالية في نهاية ١٩٩١ مما ترك فراغا سياسيا هائلا. ولكن كان ذلك السقوط فرصة كبيرة للجماعات السلفية للتمدد والانتشار السريع، وفي الجانب الاخر فقدت الصوفية حليفا مهما في صراعها ضد خصومها من الجماعات الاسلامية.
قد يلاحظ البعض اننا نركز هنا على الصراع السلفي الصوفي ولم نعرض لصراع صوفي اخواني لان حركة الاخوان وفرعها في الصومال لم يكن لديها ايديولوجية مذهبية عقدية وفقهية خاصة كالسلفية وانما كانت تطرح نفسها كحركة اسلامية احتماعية سياسية تسع لمختلف المذاهب الاسلامية الفقهية والعقدية (سلفية وأشعرية في العقائد، وكذلك المذاهب الفقهية الأربع في الفروع). وقد عبّر مؤسس حركة الاخوان الشيخ حسن البنّا -رحمه الله- عن هذا المعنى بقوله: (نحن دعوة سلفية، وطريقه سنية، وحقيقة صوفية، وهيئة سياسية، وجماعة رياضية، وروابط علمية ثقافية، وشركة اقتصادية، وفكرة اجتماعية) وقد انتسب الشيخ البنّا نفسه الى الطريقة الحصافية الصوفية في ريعان شبابه. لذلك لم تكن هناك خصومة عقدية بين الاخوان وببن الصوفية كالتي كانت بين الصوفية والسلفية لان السلفية كما أشرنا كانت تحمل ايديولوجية مذهبية صارمة في العقائد وفي الفروع وخصومتها مع الصوفية كانت خصومة عقدية. واذا حدث صراع بين الصوفية والاخوان فانه لم يكن صراعا عقديا وانما كان صراعا على المركز الديني او النفوذ السياسي.
بعد انهيار الدولة الصومالية وبدء مرحلة التيه دخلت الجماعات السلفية عصرها الذهبي في الامتداد والانتشار وبلغت أوج قوتها في بداية التسعينات وقد أخذهم الغرور والعجب بعددهم وعتادهم وأخذوا السلاح لفرض مشروعهم الديني والسياسي بقوة السلاح بعد نجاح مشروعهم الفكري بقوة التنظيم والتمويل. وهنا حدثت الطامة الكبرى ودبٌ الشقاق والخلاف بين صفوفهم وظهرت تيارات سلفية شتى بعضها يعارض اخذ السلاح مثل السلفية الجديدة وبعضها يؤيده مثل الاتحاد الاسلامي وهناك أطراف اخرى اختارت العزلة والانطواء.
اما الصوفية بعد انهيار الدولة فقد منيت بانحسار نفوذها لصالح الجماعات الاسلامية الاخرى وانكمش دورها ودخلت عزلة قسرية في زواياها حتى ظهرت حركة الشباب المحاهدين في عام ٢٠٠٦ (سلفية جهادية تابعة لتنظيم القاعدة) وظهرت علنا اول ما ظهرت كذراع عسكري للمحاكم الاسلامية التى دخلت حروبا مع زعماء الحرب الصوماليين ومع القوات الاثيوبية والحكومة الصومالية. حركة الشباب المجاهدين بدأت حملة شرسة لاجتثاث جذور الصوفية في المناطق التي سيطرت عليها وقامت بهدم اضرحة علماء صوفين كبار وإخراج رفات بعضهم وتدمير قبورهم مما استفز الشعور الديني للجماعات الصوفية الذين رأوْا في تصرفات الشباب إهانة لا تغتفر لرموزها الدينية. كانت استفزازات الشباب بمثابة الصرخة المدوية التي أيقظت الصوفيين من سباتهم العميق منظمين صفوفهم واخذين السلاح للدفاع عن مقدساتهم ورموزهم الدينية.
ظهور حركة الشباب كانت طعنة غائرة اخرى في الجسد السلفي أخطر من جميع الطعنات السابقة، لان الخلافات الاولى ببن الجماعات السلفية في الصومال قبل الشباب كانت خلافات فكرية بحتة ولم تتجاوز ذلك الى مواجهات مسلحة. حركة الشباب حكمت بالردة على كل من لم ينضو تخت لوائها سواء كان سلفيا ام صوفيا فبدأت حملة استهداف واغتيال رموز دينية سلفية حلفاءها امس. والمفارقة العجيبة هنا ان الصوفية المعروفة بزهدها في استخدام القوة واجهت تهديد الشباب بحمل السلاح وتنظيم الصفوف بينما واجهتهم الجماعات السلفية الاخرى بإلقاء السلاح وطلب الحماية من حكومات هشة ليس بمقدورها حتى توفير حماية لأعضاء حكومتها بله المواطنين العاديين. حمل السلاح منح الصوفية مظلة سياسية لا يستهان بها على الأقل في المناطق الوسطى في البلاد. كان هدف اهل السنة الأساسي من اخذ السلاح هو حماية انفسهم ورموزهم الدينية من هجمات الشباب ولكنهم بعد ان ذاقوا طعم الرشاشات عرفوا قوة السلاح وسحره وعلموا انه المال لمن اراد غنى واللسان لمن اراد مفاوضة والمنصب لمن اراد السياسة، فانهم لن يتخلّوا عن سلاحهم طوعا بعد ان عرفوا أهميته في بلد يكون الحق فيه للقوة وليست القوة للحق.

فالسلفية في الصومال كانت سابقا حركة احتجاجية تطرح مشروعا بديلا لمشروع الدولة وكانت السلطات السياسية المتعاقبة تراها تهديدا لسلطتها وعقبة كأداء في مشروعها السياسي ولكنها الان انتهت الى المسالمة والتهدئة سواء كان ذلك بسبب تلقيها ضربات موجعة من الداخل والخارج ومن الأعداء والاصدقاء التي أشرنا بعضا منها في ثنايا مقالنا او بسبب مراجعات فكرية مبنية على تجربتها وخبرتها الطويلة او بسبب الانحناء للعواصف في ظروف سياسية واجتماعية ضاغطة. وايٌا ما كان السبب فمن الواضح ان السلفية في جناحها الاعتصامي تريد ان تطرح نفسها حركة وسطية معتدلة بديلة للاخوان والصوفية معا.وقد اتخذت السلفية الاعتصامية خطوات مهمة في تحقيق هذا الغرض. من ذلك التخفف من الخطاب السلفي المتشدد وطرح خطاب إسلامي معتدل اقرب الى الخطاب الاخواني، وفي الوقت نفسه نأت بنفسها عن الحمولة المذهبية للخطاب السلفي داعية الى احياء المذهب السافعي وتعليمه وتدريسه في مراكزهم بعد قطيعة طويلة كانوا مخدوعين فيها بشعار الكتاب والسنة على فهم السلف الصالح والذي اكتشفوه لاحقا انه لم يكن الا غطاء للمذهب الحنبلي. هاتان الخطوتان وسطية الخطاب والعودة الى الجذور من خلال احياء المذهب الشافعي تريد السلفية الاعتصامية من خلاله ان تضرب العصفورين بحجرين من طينة واحدة وتسحب أوراق القوة في يد خصومها من الصوفية والاخوان.
