العين تدمع والقلب يحزن لرحيل حامل لواء النهضة التعليمة في الصومال معالى السفير شريف صالح

انتقل إلى الرفيق الأعلى اليوم – الجمعة – 20 جماد الأولى 1435هـ الموافق 21 مارس 2014م معالى شريف صالح محمد على عن عمر يناهز 78 بعد معاناة المرض.

واشتهر المرحوم أكثر من موقع ومنبر للعلم والمعرفة لبلادنا الصومال ، بل ويٌعدّ من رواد الثقافة والنهضة العلمية في العصر الحديث، ويكفي أن نشير إلى أن المرحوم كان أول من تولى رئاسة الجامعة الوطنية بعد تأسيسها ، وأول وزير لوزارة الثقافة والتعليم العالي ، وأول رئيس للجنة الوطنية كتابة اللغة الصومالية ، كما كان أهم أعمدة الأكاديمية العلوم والثقافة والآداب في الصومال.

فما هي سيرة المرحوم يا تٌرى؟

وهو شريف صالح شريف محمد سراج الدين شريف علي شريف محمود شريف محمد شريف نور. والعائلة تنحدر من عائلة جمل الليل المعروفة في شرق إفريقيا لاسيما قطر وبنادر الصومالي وسواحله الجنوبية. أما أمه فتدعى السيدة خيرة محمد أو يوسف من قبيلة الأوغادين ( فرع مكاهيل )، حيث أن عائلة أمه فرت من بشط حركة السيد محمد عبد الله حسن في منطقة ورطير ( Wardheer) واضطروا الهجرة إلى منطقة وَيْب ( Weeb) ، في عالية نهر جوبا.

وشريف صالح من مواليد قرب مدينة حدر عاصمة إقليم بكول في سنة 1936م ، وبدأ تعليم القرآن الكريم في نهاية عام 1941م على يد معلم سمان، Samaan وعلى يد معلم محمد الهدمي فرع غال جيل (geel jeel) وحفظ القرآن حتى سورة طه.

وفي طفولة المرحوم حصل قحط عظيم وهو القحظ الذي كان يسمى شقلاي Shikhlay ، وتسبب ذلك رجوعه إلى مدينة حدر مع عائلته ، ثم استأنف عملية حفظ القرآن على يد أخوه الأكبر شريف عيدروس في بيت عائلته وحفظه وصل إلى سورة الأعراف ثم أكمل الحفظ حتى نهاية سورة البقرة في مدرسة تحفيظ القرآن علي معلم حاج محمود معلم يوسف الأرطيّ (Irdho) ، ثم بعد ذلك درس علم النحو من كتاب الأجرومية علي يد الشيخ حسين معلم الهدمي فرع  لِكْسِي (Liksi ) ، كما درس علم الصرف من كتاب اللامية الأفعال علي يد الشيخ حسن الشيخ علي الحسني، حيث شرح له وسهل له حفظها ، ولكن تعمق فهم هذا الفن وقاعدتها علي يد أحد الشيوخ من قبيلة أيمد ( Emat) الرحنوينية ، ودرس كتاب ملحة الأعراب علي يد الشيخ عبد الله الأجوراني (Ajuuraan) المشهورة في جنوب البلاد ، إضافة إلى كتاب الكفراوي ، كل ذلك تم في بيت أبيه ، ثم التحق بحلقات المساجد حيث درس الفقه علي يد الشيخ يوسف معلم الليساني (Leysaan) الرحنوينية أيضاً وتعلم منه كتاب أبي شجاع كما درس هذه الحلقة تفسير القرآن الكريم . وهذا النشاط العلمي كان ما بين أعوام 1949م – 1951م.

وقبل ذلك التحق مدرسة حدر الابتدائية باللغة العربية أولاً ثم زيد اللغة الإنجليزية في مرحلة لاحقة ، وتخرج هذه المدرسة عام 1949م ، ولما دخل المنطقة الاستعمار الإيطالي عام 1950م – 1951م اضطروا إلى تعليم اللغة الإيطالية ، مع مواصلته بالمدرسة.

وفي عام 1954م التحق بمدرسة تدريس المعلمين وحصل على شهادة  للتدريس في المدارس الأولية .

وسافر إلى إيطاليا لإتمام دراسته والتحق هناك بمدينة جنوة في شمال إيطاليا معهد المعلمين حيث تخرج منه عام 1956م.

ولما عاد إلى أرض الوطن عين مساعد مشرف في مشروع نموذجي للتنمية الريفية ، وكان هذا المشروع في مدينة دينسور من إقليم باي ، وكانت تديره منظمة اليونسكو، بالتعاون مع الإدارة الإيطالية الوصية آنذاك.

ومع عمله لم يتأنى شريف صالح أن يواصل رحلته العلمية ، والتحق بالمعهد العالي للدراسات الاقتصادية والقانونية بمقديشو، وحصل منه دبلوماً للدراسات الاقتصادية والقانونية في عام 1959م . ثم بعد ذلك رحل إلى إيطاليا مرة أخرى والتحق بجامعة روما ، كلية الاقتصادية والمعلوم السياسية ، وحصل على الإجازة العالمية في عام 1962م.  وبعد عودته إلى الصومال أصبح موظفاً في الوزارة الخارجية وذلك في عام 1963م ،ثم عين مستشار التجاري والاقتصادي في السفارة الصومالية بمصر واستمر هناك من 1963م – 1965م . وبعد سنة واحدة عين مدير إرادة التجارة في وزارة التجارة والصناعة ثم مديراً عاماً حتى عام 1969م ؟ وفي عام 1970م عين رئيساً للجامعة الوطنية الصومالية ،وذلك بعد تأسيسها فوراً ، واستمر حتى عام 1974م وبعد ذلك أصبح عضو مجلس الوزراء حيث عين وزيراً لوزارة التعليم العالي والثقافة من 1974م حتى 1976م ، ثم اختير عضواً للجنة المركزية للحزب الاشتراكي الصومالي الحاكم آنذاك ، وسار رئيساً لدائرة البحث العلمي في الأمانة العامة . ثم رئيساً لدائرة العلاقات الدولية في الأمانة العامة وذلك حتى 1978م. وفي نفس العام عين سفيراً لدى جمهورية إيطاليا ، وسفير غير مقيم لدى جمهورية اليونان وجمهورية رومانيا واستمر حتى عام 1981م . ثم عين سفير الصومال في المملكة المتحدة البريطانية حتى عام 1988م.

ثم عاد إلى الصومال ورجع إلى دائرته ، دائرة العلاقات الدولية في الأمانة العامة للحزب الاشتراكي الصومالي في لجنته المركزية وذلك عام 1989م حتى عام 1991م ، ولما انهارت الحكومة الصومالية وعلى هامش مؤتمر أديس أبابا – إثيوبيا – اختير رئيساً لمنبر المثقفين الصوماليين وذلك عام 1993م. وفي ديسمبر  سنة 1997م أصبح عضو المجلس التأسيسي للجنة الحفاظ علي الثقافة العربية في الصومال ، وسار مستشاراً لبرنامج تعريب الحرف الصومالي.

ومع هذا النشاط العلمي والبحثي لم يألو جهداً في عملية المصالحة الوطنية وأنهى أزمته العصرية حيث اشترك عدة مؤتمرات لمصالحة  في داخل البلاد وخارجها، ولكنه بصفته مستقلاً عن كيانات القبلية حيث لم يشترك أي حزب سياسي أو قبلي من قبل.

أما في النواحي العلمية ويعرف أغلب المثقفين بأن المرحوم كان ركنا ركينا في أوساط المثقفين وكان يتزاحم طلبة العلم بيت المرحم ولاسيما أولئك في الدراسات العليا لاستشارته وطلب العون منه في تحقق طموحاتهم العلمية والثقافية. كما كان المرحوم من القلائل الصوماليين الذين نذروا أنفسهم بتدوين وكتابة الكتب والبحوث تنصب على ما هو علاقة بثقافة الصومال وحضارته ومن بين ذلك:

١- أصول اللغة الصومالية في العربية

هذا الكتاب مقدمة لدراسة لغوية مقارنة بين اللغة العربية والصومالية ، وجٌلّها دراسة معجميّة ترمي إلى إظهار الروابط الموجودة بين اللغتين العربية والصومالية على مستوى الفصيحة واللهجة . وصورة خاصة اللهجات العربية الجنوبية قديماً وحديثاً ، حيث أن الصومالية أخذت من هذه اللهجات كما أعطت لها، ويبدو أن التأثر والتأثير واضحاً من وضع كثير من مفردات المشتركة بين الصومالية والعربية الجنوبية ، كما تؤكد الوثائق التاريخية هذا التفاعل اللغوي والحضاري المستمر بين شعوب جنوب شبه الجزيرة العربية والصومال على امتداد التاريخ.

ومن بين اللهجات الصومالية التي تناول الكاتب اللهجة الشمالية ولهجة بنادر ولهجة ماي وخصائصها . وبعض الملامح الفونولوجية لعربية اللهجات الصومالية ، وتوسيع الصومالية لإبعاد دلالية في العربية ، لكون المؤلف خبيراً بهذه اللهجات. 

وقدم المرحوم كتابه هذا للمهتمين بالدراسات الصومالية وللباحثين اللغويين عامة على أن تكون هذه المواضيع المختلفة محل دراسة متأنية متعمقة في الأوقات التالية من قبل الباحثين أنفسهم، والكتاب يقع في 228 صفحة وطبع بدار النهضة العربية بالقاهرة عام 1994م.

 ٢-  المعجم الكشّاف عن جذور اللغة الصومالية في العربية  )المجلد الأول).

هذا المعجم يكشف عن جذور اللغة الصومالية في اللغة العربية والمعجم يتكون من مجلدين ، ونحن نعرض هنا المجلد الأول فقط لأن المجلد الثاني مازال مخطوطاً ، أما المجلد الأول فيحتوي على (13) حرفاً من الأبجدية الصومالية وهي نصفها في الترتيب ابتداء من حرف (A) إلى حرف (KH) ، وكما يقول المؤلف في فترة إعداده لهذا القسم من المعجم تمكن من جمع بضع مئات من مداخل عربية فصيحة ولهجية في غاية الأهمية للقسم الثاني المخطوط من الكتاب.

الجدير بالذكر أن محاولة هذا المعجم جاءت في ذهن المؤلف في أوائل السبعينات عندما كان رئيساً للجنة الفنية لتدوين اللغة الصومالية في سنة 1971م ، حيث لاحظ شريف صالح أن اللغة الصومالية تحتوي على مفردات عربية كثيرة سليمة أو مصحّفة على درجات متفاوتة من التغيير . ومن هنا قرر المؤلف استخلاص الألفاظ العربية هذه من الصومالية وصياغة قائمة للمفردات الأساسية على هيئة ( Word List) تشتمل على الفصيحة واللهجية ، وتتميز بطابع البساطة والسهولة، وكما يقول المؤلف أن المقصود من هذا المعجم ليس أن يكون أداة حصر للألفاظ التي تشترك فيها اللغة الصومالية مع العربية ، وهذا أمر يتطلب وقتاً أطول وبحثاً أوسع ، ولكنه اختار حوالي (5000) خمسة آلاف مفردة صومالية قريبة إلى أصلها العربي ، بالرغم من وجود بعض الاختلاف بينها وبين اللفظة العربية الأصيلة في المبني والدلالة، والمؤلف لم يدخل في هذا المعجم ألفاظ عربية كثيرة ذات صلة بالموروث الديني أو مشتقة من القاموس السياسي والأدبي العربي المعاصر ، الحافلة في أحاديث المتعلمين ، لأنها لم تصل إلى درجة من الشيوع والععوية ، بحيث يبرّرها الواقع اللغوي الراهن أدرجها في هذا المعجم، ويظهر في المعجم أن الحيز الأكبر في جمع المفردات أعطيت للعربية الفصيحة وأغلبها اقتبس من المعاجم العربية القديمة ، مع إدخال بضع مئات من مفردات اللهجات العربية الجنوبية ، وهي اللهجات اليمنية بالدرجة الأولى ، ثم لهجات عمان ، لأن اللغة الصومالية شبه الجزيرة العربية .

الجدير بالذكر أن نشير هنا إلى أن المرحوم بدأ يرتب مادة هذا المعجم من أغسطس عام 1982م وانتهى هذا الجزء منه في مايو عام 1989م، وقرر نشر المجلد الأول من معجمه وذلك قيل الانتهاء من المجلد الثاني والأخير ، وقبل استكمال الخطة وابراز المجهود إلى حيز الوجود في آن واحد بسبب ما فرضته الظروف الأمنية غير المستقرة التي يمر بها الصومال بعد انهيار البنية التحية والمؤسسات العلمية ، وحرصاً لأن لا يضيع المخطوط بعد تعرضه لأخطار التلف والضياع التبدّد لعدة مرات  ، ومن هنا قرر نشر هذا المجلد الذي نقوم بعرضه 

 ٣- منهج اللغة في الصومال

هذا الكتاب مازال مخطوطاً ويتركز على ترجمة الكمة العربية إلى اللغة الصومالية أو إلى كلمة عربية أخرى قد يتيسر فهمها للطالب ، أو بعبارة أخرى صوملة الكلمة العربية . ويجوز للمدرس أو الشيخ توليد كلمة جديدة صومالية يطابق معناها الكلمة العربية المفسرة ، حيث يبذل الشيخ مجهوداً كبيراً في عملية إيصال الكلمة إلى الطالب وتفهمه إياها ، بأن، يوسّع ميدان مدلولها بما تتضمّن من معان لا يظهر من رسمها المجرد ، ثم يضع الكلمة المنقولة في جملة صومالية – عربية فيكرر قراءتها ، فيبرتجم الكٌلٌّ إلى الصومالية ، مستعيناً بما شاء من الإيضاحات اللغوية (مجال اللغة) والقانونية (مجال الفقه) المتاحة له .

والمرحوم قام بدراسة واسعة في هذا المجال من خلال استعراضه وفحص اللهجات الصومالية المختلفة انطلاقاً من اللهجة المعيارية الرسمية للبلاد مروراً باللهجات الصومالية الأخرى لاسيما لهجات جنوب البلاد في بلاد بين النهرين . كما أن الكاتب استخدم أغلب الأساليب اللقبية لإرساء ترجمة شاملة بعيداً عن محاولات اصطناعية غير مجديّة ، والترجمة قد تكون حرفية.

 ٤- دراسة في كتابة اللغة الصومالية بالحرف العربي

هذا الكتاب يعطينا معلومات عن كتابة اللغة الصومالية بالحرف العربي ، والهدف منه تعريب الحرف الصومالي. والكتاب نتيجة ما قامت به لجنة الحفاظ على الثقافة العربية في الصومال بقيادة سعادة الدكتور صالح محمد علي ( المؤلف) ، علماً أنه كان لي شرفاً عظيماً في عضوية هذه اللجنة مع كل من الدكتور خالد دفتردار ( الرجل المخلص ومؤسس لهذه اللجنة) ، والأستاذ الزميل الشيخ مصطفى حاج حسن ، واللجنة قامت في منتصف ديسمبر سنة 1997م في مدينة جدة في المملكة العربية السعودية ، وكانت اللجنة ترى أن استخراج أبجدية ملائمة لكتابة اللغة الصومالية بحروف عربية سيقوي دعائم التعاليم الدينية والثقافة الإسلامية العربية في الصومال، وتعريب الحرف الصومالي مفتاح لتعريب الصومال.  لذلك قررنا ضرورة الاعتماد على المخزون الفونيمي والخطي للغة العربية في استخراج الأبجدية المزمع تدوينها ، وذلك للحفاظ على الخصائص الهجائية المميزة للأحرف العربية وتوحيد الأبجديتين في الأصوات المشتركة وتطويع الأصوات الأخرى للبنية الصوتية والرموزية للغة العربية ، كل ما أمكن. والكتاب يبر هن إمكانية استنباط أبجدية أكثر مناسبة لكتابة اللغة الصومالية بالحرف العربي على أسس علمية.

والكتاب كان يقع حوالي 150 صفحة ، وما زال مخطوطاً حسب آخر علمي.

 ٥- ملحمة البرلمانيين الأحرار: 2006-2

والكتاب هو عبارة عن ذكريات ويومات تاريخية وتسجيل أحداث ويوميات سجلها المؤلف في فترة حساسة من تاريخ المجتمع الصومالي الذي يعاني شحاً كبيرا في توثيق أحداثه بالرغم من أهميتها لضبط تدهور أوضاع الصومال خاصة والمنطقة عامة.

وفي الحقيقة أن أهمية هذا الكتاب تكمن كون كاتبه يعد أحد أعمدة الثقافة والتعليم في قطر الصومالي في العصر الحديث، وأنه ضمن الكتاب القلائل  الصوماليين المعاصرين الذين يتحلون بالصدق والأمانة العلمية إضافة إلي ابداع ووضع لملسات قوية عميقة في السطور الحضارة والثقافة الصومالية والعربية في منطقة إفريقيا شريقية عامة ، والقرن الإفريقي خاصة. كما أن الكاتب من الذين شغلوا خلال العقود الأربعة الماضية مناصب أكاديمية وسياسية ودبلوماسية في الدولة الصومالية وفي مجال المجتمع المدني بعد انهيار الحكومة المركزية في الصومال، وبكونه نشر كتباً عديدة في مجال الثقافة والتاريخ واللغة والسياسة في العقدين الماضيين.

وعلى العموم فإن رحى الكتاب تدور حول ما حدث في الصومال من احتلال القوات الإثيوبية بدأت ارهاصاته اثناء مؤتمر الطوريت/ امبغاثي 2002-2004 وبعده وخاصة عندما استقرت الحكومة في بيدوا ووجدت تعزيزات عسكرية من إثيوبيا.
